Hosted Software definition

Hosted Software means the software owned and controlled by Vendor or Vendor’s third-party contractor that supports the Hosted Software Services.
Hosted Software means Samsara’s web-based software platform, including the interface accessed online at cloud.samsara.com.
Hosted Software means those items listed as an Application in Exhibit A.

Examples of Hosted Software in a sentence

  • As part of the services provided hereunder, the Licensor will provide the Company with the ability to remotely access the production instance of the Hosted Software through the Hosted Environment no less than 99% of the time in any calendar month, notwithstanding the exceptions listed below to the Uptime Assurance.

  • Uptime Assurance The Company has a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and indivisible license to access via the Licensor’s Hosted Environment the Hosted Software listed above.

  • Up to 6 users of Company are authorized to access and use the Hosted Software for the monthly fees set forth above, subject to the Restrictions.

  • ISCHOOL SOURCE shall use its best efforts to deliver the Licensed Hosted Software promptly after receipt of the purchase order and export license (if required).

  • Licensee may use the Licensed Hosted Software in executable format for its own use, and may translate or modify the licensed Hosted Software or incorporate them into other software, with written permission from ISCHOOL SOURCE.
