Aggregate Cash On Hand definition

Aggregate Cash On Hand means the amount of cash and Cash Equivalents of the Borrowers that may be classified, in accordance with GAAP, as “unrestricted” on the consolidated balance sheets of the Borrowers.
Aggregate Cash On Hand of a Person means the amount of cash and Cash Equivalents, that may be classified, in accordance with GAAP, as “unrestricted” on the consolidated balance sheet of such Person.
Aggregate Cash On Hand means the aggregate amount of Cash on Hand held by Cinemark and its Subsidiaries.
