Aggregate Exposure Percentages definition

Aggregate Exposure Percentages with respect to any Lender at any time, the ratio (expressed as a percentage) of such Lender’s Extensions of Credit at such time to the Total Extensions of Credit at such time.

Examples of Aggregate Exposure Percentages in a sentence

  • If the Commitments have terminated or expired, the Aggregate Exposure Percentages shall be determined based upon the Commitments most recently in effect, giving effect to any assignments and to any Lender’s status as a Defaulting Lender at the time of determination.

  • Applicable Percentage means, with respect to any Lender, the percentage of the total Commitments represented by such Lender’s Commitment. If the Commitments have terminated or expired, the Applicable Percentages shall be determined based upon the Commitments most recently in effect, giving effect to any assignments.

  • Total Revolving Credit Exposure means, as to any Revolving Lender at any time, the unused Commitments and Revolving Exposure of such Revolving Lender at such time.
