Aggregate Fees definition

Aggregate Fees means the aggregate fees collected from hospitals under this article.
Aggregate Fees means (i) for any period after the Effective Date, the sum of all Base Management Fees and the Incentive Fees paid or payable to Manager under this Agreement with respect to such period plus (ii) solely with respect to any period prior to the Effective Date, the sum of all Base Management Fees, Conversion Fees and Incentive Fees (solely for purposes of this clause (ii), in each case as defined in the Original Management Agreement) paid or payable to Manager under the Original Management Agreement with respect to such period.
Aggregate Fees shall equal the sum of (x) Distribution Fees (as defined in Exhibit A) and (y) Service Fees (as defined in Exhibit B).

  • If you open an Account through Advisor’s Refer a Friend program, the Client who referred you may receive compensation from Advisor in the form of reduced or waived Aggregate Fees.

Related to Aggregate Fees

  • Aggregate Value means, with respect to any block of Equity Stock, the product of (i) the number of shares of Equity Stock within such block and (ii) the corresponding Market Price of one share of Equity Stock of such class.

  • Aggregate Cap means (x) with respect to any four fiscal quarter period through and including the four fiscal quarter period ended after the consummation of the Empire Acquisition, 20% and (y) thereafter, 15%, in each case, of Consolidated EBITDA for the relevant Test Period (calculated prior to giving effect to any add-backs subject to the Aggregate Cap).
