Agreed Financial Projections definition

Agreed Financial Projections means the financial projections and forecast for the Business in the agreed terms;
Agreed Financial Projections means the financial projections and forecast for the Group contained in the Syndication Memorandum;
Agreed Financial Projections means the financial projections and forecasts for the Business for the period beginning on 1 January 2001 and ending on 31 December 2007 in the agreed form.

Agreed Financial Projections means the financial projections in the agreed form delivered to the Facility Agent pursuant to Part I (Conditions Precedent to Initial Loan) of Schedule 2 (Conditions Precedent).
