Budgets definition

Budgets has the meaning set forth in Section 2.12(b).

Examples of Budgets in a sentence

  • In addition to the requirements for submitting information relating the Budgets as defined under Section 9.4 of this Agreement, Manager is to include the following information in the Budgets to be submitted to Owner on or before November 1st of the Operating Term for the next Fiscal Year.

More Definitions of Budgets

Budgets has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 7.05(a) of the Servicing Agreement.
