Capitalized terms used but not defined herein shall have the meanings assigned to such terms in the Agreement for Electric Service.
If at any time after commencement of Electric Service the Customer fails to make complete payment of any two (2) bills for Electric Service when such bills become due pursuant to Agreement, the Authority shall have the right to require that the Customer deposit with the Authority a sum of money in an amount equal to all charges that would be due under this Agreement for Electric Service for two (2) consecutive calendar months as estimated by the Authority.
Electric Service pursuant to this rate schedule is month-to-month with no minimum term or cancellation fee, except that an Agreement for Electric Service with a term of one (1) year or more may be required by the Cooperative in accordance with the applicable line extension policy.
Subject to the terms and conditions of the Agreement for Electric Service and this Agreement, Power Company shall provide Consumer with Interconnection Service for the Electric Generating Facility for the term of the Agreement for Electric Service.

Upon termination of the Agreement for Electric Service by its terms, Consumer shall disconnect the Electric Generating Facility from the Power Company Distribution System.
No term contract will be required for Customer who, through Federal Statute, rule or regulation, is prohibited from entering into Company's standard Agreement for Electric Service and who meets the Company's requirements for advancing the cost of connection facilities.
Any output of the Electric Generating Facility in excess of the requirements of Consumer’s electric consuming facilities located on the Premises shall be transferred to the Power Company and credited against the Consumer’s xxxx for electric service in accordance with the net metering arrangements described in this Agreement, the Agreement for Electric Service, and the Net Metering Rate Schedule attached to the Agreement for Electric Service.
