There are no oral understandings, terms, or conditions, and neither party has relied upon any representation, express or implied, with respect to the subject matter hereof not contained in this Lease or the Agreement Regarding Leases.
Except for the terms and conditions of the Agreement Regarding Leases, this Lease and any exhibits attached hereto, contains the entire agreement and understanding between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof.
Guarantor guarantees that the Guaranteed Obligations will be paid and performed strictly in accordance with the terms of the Agreement Regarding Leases.
