  • Act of 2010 means the Civil Partnership and Certain Rights and Obligations of Cohabitants Act 2010;

  • Act of 2001 means the Local Government Act 2001;

  • Disaster Management Act means the Disaster Management Act, 2002 (Act No.57 of 2002)

  • Capital Regulations means, at any time, the regulations, requirements, guidelines and policies relating to capital adequacy of the FSA then in effect;

  • Federal Regulations means those federal regulations relating to cable television services, 47 C.F.R. Section 76.1 et seq. (and, to the extent applicable, any other federal rules and regulations relating to cable television, including but not limited to, those described in 47 C.F.R. Section 76.3), or as such regulations may be amended.

  • General Regulations means the Charitable Incorporated Organisations (General) Regulations 2012.

  • Act of 2015 means the Children and Family Relationships Act 2015;

  • Energy efficiency improvement means equipment, devices, or materials intended to decrease energy consumption, including, but not limited to, all of the following:

  • Infrastructure Improvements means a street, road, sidewalk, parking facility, pedestrian mall, alley, bridge, sewer, sewage treatment plant, property designed to reduce, eliminate, or prevent the spread of identified soil or groundwater contamination, drainage system, waterway, waterline, water storage facility, rail line, utility line or pipeline, transit-oriented development, transit-oriented property, or other similar or related structure or improvement, together with necessary easements for the structure or improvement, owned or used by a public agency or functionally connected to similar or supporting property owned or used by a public agency, or designed and dedicated to use by, for the benefit of, or for the protection of the health, welfare, or safety of the public generally, whether or not used by a single business entity, provided that any road, street, or bridge shall be continuously open to public access and that other property shall be located in public easements or rights-of-way and sized to accommodate reasonably foreseeable development of eligible property in adjoining areas. Infrastructure improvements also include 1 or more of the following whether publicly or privately owned or operated or located on public or private property:

  • Occupational Health and Safety Act means the Occupational Health and Safety Act, 1993 (Act No 85 of 1993);

  • Health facility means the medical college and hospital or the teaching hospital or the district/ sub-division etc. hospital to which the goods and/ or services under the contract shall be supplied.

  • Private Improvements means the improvements to be constructed on the Property that are not Public Improvements.

  • Waste prevention means source reduction and reuse, but not recycling.

  • Act of 2003 means the Protection of Employees (Fixed-Term Work) Act 2003;

  • Occupational Safety and Health Law means any Legal Requirement designed to provide safe and healthful working conditions and to reduce occupational safety and health hazards, including the Occupational Safety and Health Act, and any program, whether governmental or private (such as those promulgated or sponsored by industry associations and insurance companies), designed to provide safe and healthful working conditions.

  • Act of 2007 means the Water Services Act 2007;

  • Improvement Plan means the plan required by the Authority from the Supplier which shall detail how the Supplier will improve the provision of the Goods and/or Services pursuant to Clause 29.1.1 (Authority Remedies);

  • Act of 2002 means the Communications Regulation Act 2002 (No. 20 of 2002);

  • Act of 2006 means the Planning and Development (Strategic Infrastructure) Act 2006;

  • Act of 2014 means the Companies Act 2014;

  • Act of 2000 means the Planning and Development Act 2000;

  • Act of 2005 means theSocial Welfare Consolidation Act 2005;
