AH IS definition

AH IS means the Access Holder’s individual shortfall for that Train Path in the Pricing Zone in that Period which will equal: BPU + AT - APUBP where: BPU means Base Path Usages which has the meaning given in clause 1 of the agreement; APUBP means, subject to clause 16.5 of this agreement, the actual path usages used by the Access Holder in the Period counted towards Base Path Usages in accordance with clause

  • Public Vehicle means a Person whose securities are listed and traded on a national securities exchange and shall include a majority owned subsidiary of any such Person or any operating partnership through which such Person conducts all or substantially all of its business.
