If the Dispute is not resolved at that level of management, then the Dispute shall be escalated to the AIG Contract Manager and the Company Contract Manager for resolution in good faith.
Contract Manager means the DNR staff person who processes this contract, makes payments, provides and facilitates dispute resolution, provides technical advice to the Compliance Forester, and is the first point of contact for questions relating to this contract or interpretation of Work. The Contract Manager may perform the duties of the Compliance Forester.
Project Manager means the principal employee or agent of the Recipient having administrative authority over the Project designated in Appendix B pursuant to Section VI hereof, or authorized designee as per written notification to the Director.
Customer Service Representative means a person that provides an insurance service and insurance product information:
LOCKHEED XXXXXX Procurement Representative means a person authorized by LOCKHEED XXXXXX'x cognizant procurement organization to administer and/or execute this Contract.
Account Manager means a Person that acts as an agent and attorney-in- fact to buy or sell Swaps via the SEF operated by BSEF in the name and on behalf of another Person. An Account Manager may also be a Participant.
Contractor Representative means that Person or Persons designated by Contractor in a written notice to Owner specifying any and all limitations of such Person’s authority, and acceptable to Owner, who shall have complete authority to act on behalf of Contractor on all matters pertaining to this Agreement or the Work including giving instructions and making changes in the Work. The Contractor Representative as of the Contract Date is designated in Section 2.2B.
Contractor’s Representative means the individual authorised to act on behalf of the Contractor for the purposes of the Contract.
Program Manager refers to the professional management firm selected by the Owner as the Owner’s representative for the Project, and its employees and consultants.
Project Management The individuals appointed by each Party cf. clause 4.1 in the Agreement.
Training manager means the individual responsible for administering a training program and monitoring the performance of principal instructors and guest instructors.
Procurement Representative means the person authorized by ULA’s cognizant procurement organization to administer and/or execute this Contract.
Construction management contract means a contract in which a party is retained by the owner to
Project Management Plan means the management plan that (i) sets out a high level workplan to describe the manner in which the Design-Builder will manage the Project, including to address related matters such as traffic management and communications, and (ii) is prepared by or for the Design-Builder and submitted to the Owner;
Relationship Manager means the individual who is appointed by us from time to time and notified to you in writing as your relationship manager in relation to the relevant services provided to you under these Terms and/or provided by our Associate;
Project Management Agreement means the agreement dated the 20th February 1985 made between the Trustee and the Manager providing for the Manager to manage and co‑ordinate the development and construction of the Resort and includes, if that agreement is terminated, any other agreement in like and similar terms made with the prior consent of the Minister;
Personal services contract means a contract that, by its express terms or as administered, makes the contractor per- sonnel appear to be, in effect, Government employees (see 37.104).
Quality Manager means the individual identified by the Design-Builder who is responsible for the overall Quality Control program and Quality Control activities of the Design-Builder, including the quality of management, design and construction. (also referred to as the “Quality Control Manager”).
