The Airbus CBT System and the Virtual Aircraft will be installed by the Buyer’s or its Operators’, as the case may be, personnel, who will have completed the Airbus CBT Administrator Course.
Contract Administrator means the person authorized to represent the City in respect of the Contract and is identified at the time of award of the Contract;

Term SOFR Administrator means CME Group Benchmark Administration Limited (CBA) (or a successor administrator of the Term SOFR Reference Rate selected by the Administrative Agent in its reasonable discretion).
