Aircraft 2 definition

Aircraft 2 means Airframe 2, and the Engines, the Parts, and the Aircraft Documents associated with Airframe 2. The Engines associated with Aircraft 2 shall be deemed part of the “Aircraft 2” whether or not from time to time attached to the Airframe or removed from the Airframe.
Aircraft 2 means the Airframe and the Engines described in row number 2 in the table set forth in Exhibit A and the Parts and the Aircraft Documentation relating thereto.
Aircraft 2 means collectively that certain Gulfstream Aerospace G650ER aircraft bearing U.S. registration number N651BA and manufacturer's serial number 6287 (“Airframe 2”), together with two (2) Rolls-Royce BR700-725A1-12 engines bearing manufacturer's serial numbers 25683 & 25682 (“Aircraft 2 Engines”), and all Parts and Aircraft Documents associated with Aircraft 2. The Aircraft 2 Engines shall be deemed part of Aircraft 2 whether or not from time to time attached to Airframe 2 or removed from Airframe 2.

Aircraft 2 means the Boeing 747-8F aircraft, which is the subject of the Aircraft Purchase Agreement and this Agreement, identified as such and as more particularly described in Schedule 2 (Aircraft Details), including the Airframe, Engines and Parts relating thereto, together with, as the context permits, the aircraft and engine manuals, records and other technical documents to be delivered therewith.
Aircraft 2 means the Canadian registered Boeing 737-200 (msn. 22264), as the same is further described in the relevant Aircraft Mortgage;
Aircraft 2 means the A330-300 aircraft with delivery rank no. 4 as more specifically described in Schedule III to the Credit Agreement including (i) the Airframe, (ii) the Engines attached thereto and where the context admits (iii) the Manuals and Technical Records
Aircraft 2 means the A380-800 aircraft bearing manufacturer serial number 178 as more particularly specified in Schedule 4 (Specified Aircraft) to the Procurement Agreement relating to such aircraft;

  • Aircraft Mortgage means each Aircraft and Engine mortgage and security agreement entered into by any Borrower in favor of the Agent evidencing the Liens in respect of such Aircraft Collateral that will secure the Obligations, in each case as amended, modified, restated, supplemented or replaced from time to time.

  • Engine under the Lease. The term "Engines" means, as of any date of determination, both Engines then leased to the Lessee pursuant to the Lease.
