Airport Executive Director definition

Airport Executive Director means the Lessor’s Airport Executive Director (AED), or when duly designated, his or her representative or representatives.
Airport Executive Director means the person appointed by the Augusta Aviation Commission to exercise functions with respect to the rights and obligations of the Commission under this Agreement.
Airport Executive Director means the Airport Executive Director for the Airport or such other individual designated as having the authority of the Airport Executive Director by the BOARD.

  • In the event a door is found open and unattended, the Airport Executive Director or his/her designee shall have the right to close the Hangar door and notify the Lessee, in writing, of the violation.

  • The Airport Executive Director may, in his/her discretion, prohibit or impose restrictions on the storage of said material if, in the Airport Executive Director’s opinion, the storage is deemed a safety hazard.

  • All emergencies must be reported immediately by first dialing 911, and then reported to the Airport Executive Director.

  • The Airport Executive Director shall advise Rental Car Concessionaires, as soon as practicable, of the Commission's intention regarding any necessary repairs or restorations.

  • Representative(s) designated by the Airport Executive Director shall be allowed to inspect and audit ▇▇▇▇▇▇’s books of accounts and records with reference to the determination of any matters relevant to this Agreement at all reasonable times.

  • This Section 24 shall not prohibit Lessee from the installation of self-service or rental customer check-in machines, but the location and manner of such installation shall be subject to the prior written approval of the Airport Executive Director.
