Airport Terminals. “Terminal Facilities”, and “Terminal” are used interchangeably herein and shall mean the Passenger Terminal and Passenger commuter facilities Buildings at LAX, as they exist on the date hereof, any additions made thereto during the term of this Agreement, and any new Terminal(s) constructed at the LAX during the term of this Agreement.
