  • Except as expressly contemplated by the foregoing sentence, R&M’s obligations pursuant to this Section 6.01 shall not be affected by the commencement, public proposal, public disclosure or communication to R&M of any R&M Acquisition Proposal or by the making of any R&M Adverse Recommendation Change by the R&M Board.
