Alberta Clipper System definition

Alberta Clipper System means (a) the U.S. segment of the 36-inch diameter crude oil pipeline that extends from ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ to Superior, Wisconsin, with an initial annual capacity of 450,000 bpd and (b) related terminals, interconnections, tanks and pump stations located within the United States, each as more fully described in the FERC Settlement Offer.
Alberta Clipper System has the meaning assigned to such term in the Sixth Amended and Restated Agreement of Limited Partnership of Enbridge Energy, Limited Partnership.
