Alcoholic liquor for human consumption and petroleum products are major contributor to revenue of States.
For the purposes of this chapter, the following words and phrases shall have the meanings respectively ascribed to them by this section: Alcoholic liquor shall mean any alcohol, spirits, wine, beer, ale and every liquid or solid, patented or not, containing more than one-half of one (1/2 of 1) percent of alcohol by volume, which is capable of being consumed as a beverage by a human being.
