Harmful Code means any software intentionally designed to (i) disrupt, disable, harm, or impede operation, or (ii) impair operation based on the lapse of time, including but not limited to viruses, worms, time bombs, time locks, drop-dead devices, access codes, security keys, back doors, or trap door devices.
Criminal Code means the Criminal Code (Canada);
Municipal Code means the Municipal Code of Chicago.
The revised school code means 1976 PA 451, MCL 380.1 to 380.1852.
Commercial Code means the French Commercial Code.
Security Code means a sequence of numbers and/or letters or such other codes or procedures, whether generated by a Security Mechanism or otherwise, for use in connection with access to and/or use of the EB Services;
security activity means an activity to which paragraph 2(1)(a) of that Schedule applies, and, which is licensable conduct for the purposes of that Act, (see Section 3(2) of that Act) and
Security Codes are the credentials (such as codes and passwords) that are associated with you and used by us to verify the authenticity of Communications from you. Security Codes are used to access Accounts and to use the Services. The Security Codes include any supplemental or alternative method used to verify the authenticity of Communications that may be offered or presented to you by us from time to time. • “Service(s)” and “Online Banking” are the online banking interface and the banking services described in this Agreement.
STCW Code means the Seafarers’ Training, Certification and Watchkeeping Code as adopted by resolution 2 of the 1995 Conference of Parties to the STCW Convention, in its up-to-date version;
Uniform Commercial Code or “UCC” means the Uniform Commercial Code as the same may from time to time be in effect in the State of New York or the Uniform Commercial Code (or similar code or statute) of another jurisdiction, to the extent it may be required to apply to any item or items of Collateral.
Model Code shall refer to the OEM code used to identify a particular subset of a Vehicle Model.
General Anti-Abuse Rule means (a) the legislation in Part 5 of the Finance Act 2013; and (b) any future legislation introduced into parliament to counteract tax advantages arising from abusive arrangements to avoid national insurance contributions;
QR Code means a matrix barcode that links to information about a battery model;
Relevant UCC means the Uniform Commercial Code as in effect from time to time in any relevant jurisdiction.
Financial assistance means assistance provided only from the funds, rights, and assets legally available to the authority and includes but is not limited to assistance in the forms of grants, loans, forgivable loans, and royalty payments.
IMDG Code means the International Maritime Dangerous Goods Code, for the implementation of Chapter VII, Part A, of the International Convention for the Safety of Life at Sea, 1974 (SOLAS Convention), published by the International Maritime Organization (IMO), London;
Grid Code / “IEGC” or “State Grid Code” shall mean the Grid Code specified by the Central Commission under clause (h) of sub-section (1) of Section 79 of the Electricity Act and/or the State Grid Code as specified by the concerned State Commission referred under clause (h) of sub-section (1) of Section 86 of the Electricity Act, as applicable;
Substantial Assistance means the physical assistance of another person without which you would not be able to perform an activity of daily living; or the constant presence of another person within arm’s reach that is necessary to prevent, by physical intervention, injury to you while you are performing an activity of daily living.
Clearing Rules means, as the case may be, (a) the general rules, operational procedures and other applicable rules, procedures and regulations of CCASS from time to time in force; and/or (b) the rules, procedures and regulations of the relevant Foreign Clearing System, from time to time in force;
Food Security Act means the Food Security Act of 1985, 7 U.S.C. §1631, as amended, and the regulations promulgated thereunder.
Federal financial assistance means any grant, loan, contract (other than a procurement contract or a contract of insurance or guaranty), or any other arrangement by which the Department provides or otherwise makes available assistance in the form of:
JORC Code means the Australasian Code for Reporting of Exploration Results, Mineral Resources and Ore Reserves prepared by the Joint Ore Reserves Committee of the Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy, Australian Institute of Geoscientists and Minerals Council of Australia, as amended;
IBC Code means Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 as amended from time to time;
Disabling Code means any virus, back door, timer or other limiting routine, instruction or design, or other malicious, illicit or similar unrequested code that may have the consequence (whether by design or unintentionally) of disrupting, disabling, harming, circumventing security controls or otherwise impeding in any manner the normal operation or performance of (i) any software or service or (ii) any UNICEF information system or network.
Applicable UCC means the provisions of the Uniform Commercial Code presently in effect in the jurisdiction in which the relevant UCC Collateral is situated or which otherwise is applicable to the creation or perfection of the Liens described herein or the rights and remedies of Mortgagee under this Mortgage. As used in this Mortgage, the “Uniform Commercial Code” means the Uniform Commercial Code as from time to time in effect in the Deed of Trust State.
UCC means the Uniform Commercial Code as from time to time in effect in the specified jurisdiction.
