Allied Affiliate definition
Allied Affiliate means a legal entity (i) at least 50% of whose capital is directly or indirectly owned by Allied, (ii) at least 50% of whose capital is directly or indirectly owned by a company which owns, directly or indirectly, at least 50% of the capital of Allied, or (iii) that owns directly or indirectly at least 50% of the capital of Allied.
