Allocable Educational Services means a percentage of Educational Services in the Qualifying Year in which a Tuition Certificate is used

Examples of Allocable Educational Services in a sentence

  • To receive such Allocable Educational Services, an Owner must notify MEFA at least 30 days before the Tuition Payment Date on which the Owner desires to apply the Tuition Certificate Proceeds and must specify the Participating Institutionat which such Tuition Certificate Proceeds are to be applied and the Designated Portion of the Allocable Educational Services to be purchased.

  • A Qualifying Beneficiary who is a Student will be entitled to receive the Designated Portion of the Allocable Educational Services at any Participating Institution in any MaturityYear, upon payment to the Participating Institution of the Tuition Certificate Proceeds.

  • If MEFA does purchase, or cause to be purchased, the Tuition Certificate on the Early Tender Date, a Qualifying Beneficiary who is a Student will be entitled to receive the Designated Portion of the Allocable Educational Services at any Participating Institution in such Qualifying Year, upon payment to the Participating Institution of the Pre-Maturity Proceeds.

  • A Qualifying Beneficiary who is a Student will be entitled to receive the Designated Portion of the Allocable Educational Services at any Participating Institution in any Maturity Year, upon payment to the Participating Institution of the Tuition Certificate Proceeds.

  • To receive such Allocable Educational Services, an Owner must notify MEFA at least 30 days before the Tuition Payment Date on which the Owner desires to apply the Tuition Certificate Proceeds and must specify the Participating Institution at which such Tuition Certificate Proceeds are to be applied and the Designated Portion of the Allocable Educational Services to be purchased.

  • If MEFA determines that moneys are not available to purchase the Tuition Certificate on an Early Tender Date, the Owner will not be able to apply the Tuition Certificate to purchase Allocable Educational Services in such Qualifying Year.

  • Educational Services means educational training provided to Entitled Students at a School;

  • Independent educational evaluation means an evaluation conducted by a qualified examiner who is not employed by the public agency responsible for the education of the child in question.

  • Additional Services shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.03(a).

  • Vocational education means organized educational programs that are directly related to the preparation of individuals for paid or unpaid employment, or for additional preparation for a career not requiring a baccalaureate or advanced degree.

  • Qualifying Educational Program means a program at a post-secondary school level of not less than three consecutive weeks duration that requires each student taking the program to spend not less than 10 hours per week on courses or work in that program.

  • Administration Services means the services required for the effective and efficient administration of Bonitas and includes, but are not necessarily limited to, member record management, contribution management, benefit option management, claims processing and management, management of members’ personal, claims and financial information and any other services that are required for the administration of Bonitas;
