Allocation Data definition

Allocation Data as defined in the Operating Code.
Allocation Data for each Point on a Day shall mean:
Allocation Data means owner allocation data or stream allocation data or both;

Examples of Allocation Data in a sentence

  • In addition to the information specified in Section 3.7.2.2 above, an Applicant shall use the Cost Allocation Data Form found on the NTTG Website to propose its project for cost allocation and submit the additional information requested below.

  • It should always contain one of the following elements:  Login Request Allocation Request ATC Data Request Allocation Data Request Only requests with a correct combination of user and balancing group are processed further by the system.

  • Allocation Data Response message contains an AllocationDataResp element, which contains a sequence of AllocationDataList elements, one for each balancing group and for the interconnector and direction.

  • The description of the information has been edited and the Cost Allocation Data Form has been conformed to the description in Attachment K.114 However, the Filing Parties revised their respective Attachment Ks to state that “Applicants are encouraged but not required to also provide the information…”115 3.

  • NTD requires HCTD to submit an Independent Auditor Statement for Financial Data every ten report years and an Independent Auditor Statement for Federal Funding Allocation Data annually in January of each year.

Related to Allocation Data

  • Allocation Date means, with respect to any Transfer Date, the Business Day which is immediately prior to such Transfer Date.

  • Allocation has the meaning set forth in Section 3.3.

  • Percentage Allocation is defined in Section 4.3(b)(ii)(y).

  • Allocated Realized Loss Amount With respect to any Distribution Date and any Class of Mezzanine Certificates, the sum of (i) any Realized Losses allocated to such Class of Certificates on such Distribution Date and (ii) the amount of any Allocated Realized Loss Amount for such Class of Certificates remaining unpaid from the previous Distribution Date.

  • Wasteload allocation or "wasteload" or "WLA" means the portion of a receiving surface water's loading or assimilative capacity allocated to one of its existing or future point sources of pollution. WLAs are a type of water quality-based effluent limitation.

  • Carryover Allocation means an Allocation made to the Project if the Project will not be Placed in Service by close of the calendar year of the Allocation.

  • Allocation Period means the period (a) commencing on the date hereof or, for any Allocation Period other than such first Allocation Period, the day following the end of a prior Allocation Period and (b) ending (A) on the last day of each Fiscal Year, (B) on the day preceding any day in which an adjustment to the Book Value of the C.V.’s properties pursuant to clause (b)(i), (ii), (iii) or (v) of the definition of Book Value occurs, (C) immediately after any day in which an adjustment to the Book Value of the C.V.’s properties pursuant to clause (b)(iv) of the definition of Book Value occurs, or (D) on any other date determined by the Managing Partner.

  • Allocation Amount means, as of the Closing Date, the Series 2023-1 Stated Principal Amount and on any date of determination thereafter, the sum of, without duplication, (a) the Allocation Amount determined as of the later of the Closing Date or the date of determination immediately prior to the then current date of determination, plus (b) the amount of all increases in the Series 2023-1 Stated Principal Amount resulting from the issuance of additional Series 2023-1 Notes since the prior date of determination, plus (c) all reimbursements, as provided in Section 4.04(e) or otherwise, of reductions in the Allocation Amount due to Investor Charge- Offs or Reallocated Principal Collections since the prior date of determination, minus (d) the amount of the reduction in the Allocation Amount due to Investor Charge-Offs since the prior date of determination, determined as set forth in Section 4.07, minus (e) the amount of the reduction in the Allocation Amount due to the application of Reallocated Principal Collections since the prior date of determination, determined as set forth in Section 4.08, minus (f) the amount deposited into the Principal Funding Account or (without duplication) deposited into the Distribution Account pursuant to Section 4.05(c) or paid to the Series 2023-1 Noteholders (in each case, after giving effect to any deposits, allocations, reallocations or withdrawals to be made on that day) since the prior date of determination; provided, however, that (1) the Allocation Amount may never be less than zero, (2) the Allocation Amount may never be greater than the Adjusted Outstanding DollarPrincipal Amount and (3) if there is a sale of Collateral in accordance with Section 4.14, the Allocation Amount will be reduced to zero upon such sale.

  • Allocation Area means that part of a redevelopment project area to which an allocation provision of a declaratory resolution adopted under section 15 of this chapter refers for purposes of distribution and allocation of property taxes.

  • REMIC I Interest Loss Allocation Amount With respect to any Distribution Date, an amount equal to (a) the product of (i) the aggregate Stated Principal Balance of the Mortgage Loans and REO Properties then outstanding and (ii) the REMIC I Remittance Rate for REMIC I Regular Interest I-LTAA minus the Marker Rate, divided by (b) 12.

  • Required Allocations means (a) any limitation imposed on any allocation of Net Losses or Net Termination Losses under Section 6.1(b) or 6.1(c)(ii) and (b) any allocation of an item of income, gain, loss or deduction pursuant to Section 6.1(d)(i), 6.1(d)(ii), 6.1(d)(iv), 6.1(d)(vii) or 6.1(d)(ix).

  • REMIC II Interest Loss Allocation Amount With respect to any Distribution Date, an amount equal to (a) the product of (i) 50% of the aggregate Stated Principal Balance of the Mortgage Loans and REO Properties then outstanding and (ii) the REMIC II Remittance Rate for REMIC II Regular Interest AA minus the Marker Rate, divided by (b) 12.

  • Asset Allocation The following single issuer limits shall apply on a market value basis, with exception of Money-Market funds and US Treasury Bills, which may be held without limit:

  • REMIC 2 Interest Loss Allocation Amount With respect to any Distribution Date, an amount equal to (a) the product of (i) the aggregate Stated Principal Balance of the Mortgage Loans and related REO Properties then outstanding and (ii) the Uncertificated REMIC 2 Pass-Through Rate for REMIC 2 Regular Interest LTAA minus the Marker Rate, divided by (b) 12.

  • CREFC® Servicer Realized Loss Template A report substantially in the form of, and containing the information called for in, the downloadable form of the “Servicer Realized Loss Template” available as of the Closing Date on the CREFC® Website, or such other form for the presentation of such information and containing such additional information as may from time to time be approved by the CREFC® for commercial mortgage securities transactions generally.

  • Monthly Shared-Loss Amount means the change in the Cumulative Shared- Loss Amount from the beginning of each month to the end of each month.

  • Net Realized Losses For any Class of Certificates and any Distribution Date, the excess of (i) the amount of Realized Losses previously allocated to that Class over (ii) the amount of any increases to the Class Certificate Principal Balance of that Class pursuant to Section 5.08 due to Recoveries.

  • Reais Allocation Date means, with respect of any Reais Transfer Date, the Business Day which is immediately prior to such Reais Transfer Date.

  • Distribution Date Statement As defined in Section 4.02(a).

  • Taxable Allocation means, with respect to any Series, the allocation of any net capital gains or other income taxable for federal income tax purposes to a dividend paid in respect of such Series.

  • Initial Allocation means the conditional setting aside by MBOH of HCs from a particular year’s federal LIHTC allocation to the state for purposes of later Carryover Commitment and/or Final Allocation to a particular Project, as documented by and subject to the requirements and conditions set forth in a written Reservation Agreement, the Applicable QAP and federal law.

  • Final Allocation has the meaning set forth in Section 2.3.

  • Distribution Report The meaning specified in Section 10.7(b).

  • Allocations means any and all of the allocations described in Sections 1.3(a), 1.3(b), 1.3(c) and 1.3(d) hereof.

  • Monthly Loss Amount means the sum of all Foreclosure Losses, Restructuring Losses, Short Sale Losses, Portfolio Losses, Modification Default Losses and Deficient Losses realized by the Assuming Institution for any Shared Loss Month.

  • Tax Allocations means the allocations set forth in paragraph 4 of Exhibit B.
