Allocation Period definition

Allocation Period means the period (a) commencing on the date hereof or, for any Allocation Period other than such first Allocation Period, the day following the end of a prior Allocation Period and (b) ending (A) on the last day of each Fiscal Year, (B) on the day preceding any day in which an adjustment to the Book Value of the C.V.’s properties pursuant to clause (b)(i), (ii), (iii) or (v) of the definition of Book Value occurs, (C) immediately after any day in which an adjustment to the Book Value of the C.V.’s properties pursuant to clause (b)(iv) of the definition of Book Value occurs, or (D) on any other date determined by the Managing Partner.
Allocation Period means (a) the period commencing on February 10, 2016 and ending on December 31, 2016, (b) any subsequent period commencing on January 1 and ending on the following December 31, or (c) any portion of the period described in clause (a) or (b) for which the Partnership is required to allocate Net Profits, Net Losses, and other items of Partnership income, gain, loss or deduction pursuant to ARTICLE IV.

Allocation Period means, with respect to each Member, the period commencing as of the date of admission of such Member to the Fund and, thereafter, each period commencing as of the day following the last day of the preceding Allocation Period with respect to such Member, and ending at the close of business on the first to occur of the following:

If no transfer is made prior to the end of the 45 calendar day period, the Current Value in the canceled series of GET Fund will be transferred to Aetna Variable Encore Fund, a money market fund during the next Valuation Period. Aetna will also specify the maximum amount of assets that will be accepted into a series of the GET Fund; and reserves the right to not allow additional allocation to a series if it exceeds this maximum standard. If Aetna elects not to allow additional allocation to the series of GET Fund, Aetna will stop accepting Net Stipulated Payments and transfers into the series 10 calendar days after such election. The Allocation Period will continue until the date the Guarantee Period begins.
