Alternate Currency Bank definition

Alternate Currency Bank means each Lender or, at the option of such Lender, any Affiliate, branch or agency thereof and which is a party to an Alternate Currency Addendum. If any agency or Affiliate of a Lender shall be a party to an Alternate Currency Addendum, such agency or Affiliate shall, to the extent of any commitment extended and any Loans made by it, have all the rights of such Lender hereunder; provided, however, that such Lender shall, to the exclusion of such agency or Affiliate, continue to have all the voting rights vested in it by the terms hereof.
Alternate Currency Bank means BNS and any other Lender with a Tranche B Revolving Loan Commitment or a Tranche D Revolving Loan Commitment (or any Affiliate, branch or agency thereof) to the extent it is party to an Alternate Currency Addendum as the "Alternate Currency Bank" thereunder. If any agency, branch or Affiliate of such Lender shall be a party to an Alternate Currency Addendum, such agency, branch or Affiliate shall, to the extent of any commitment extended and any Loans made by it, have all the rights of such Lender hereunder; provided that such Lender shall to the exclusion of such agency, branch or Affiliate, continue to have all the voting rights vested in it by the terms hereof.
Alternate Currency Bank means JPMorgan (or any Affiliate, branch or agency thereof) to the extent it is party to an Alternate Currency Addendum. If any agency, branch or Affiliate of JPMorgan shall be a party to an Alternate Currency Addendum, such agency, branch or Affiliate shall, to the extent of any commitment extended and any Loans made by it, have all the rights of JPMorgan hereunder; provided, however, that JPMorgan shall to the exclusion of such agency, branch or Affiliate, continue to have all the voting rights vested in it by the terms hereof.

  • Promptly upon receipt of any payment of principal of the Alternate Currency Loans the applicable Alternate Currency Bank shall give written notice to the Administrative Agent by telex or telecopy of the receipt of such payment.
