Alternative Redemption Amount definition

Alternative Redemption Amount means, with respect to each $1,000 principal amount of Securities, the product of:
Alternative Redemption Amount means, with respect to each $1,000 principal amount of Securities, the product of (a) $1,000 and (b) the Final Index Level, divided by the Initial Index Level.
