Alternative Search Query definition

Alternative Search Query means a Request for AFS Ads as described in Exhibit D (Alternative Search Queries).
Alternative Search Query means (i) a Request for AFS Ads as described in Exhibit D (Alternative Search Queries), or (ii) other Requests for Ads for certain Sites as approved by Google in writing and that are described as ‘Alternative Search Queries’ in the Google Program Guidelines.”
Alternative Search Query means the types of queries described in Schedule G (Alternative Search Queries).

Related to Alternative Search Query

  • Alternative school means an environment established apart from the regular educational program and that includes policies and rules, staff, and resources designed to accommodate student needs and to provide a comprehensive education consistent with the student learning goals and content standards established by the school district or by the school districts participating in a consortium. Students attend by choice.

  • Alternative nicotine product means any vaping product, whether or not it includes nicotine, including electronic smoking devices, that can be ingested into the body by chewing, smoking, absorbing, dissolving, inhaling, or by any other means. ‘Alternative nicotine product’ does not include:

  • Online Services Terms means the additional terms that apply to Customer’s use of Online Services published on the Licensing Site and updated from time to time.

  • Expiry Date (Data di Scadenza) means the "Expiry Date" as specified in § 1 of the Product and Underlying Data.

  • Signaling Transfer Point (“STP”) means a signaling point that performs message routing functions and provides information for the routing of messages between signaling points within or between CCIS networks. An STP transmits, receives and processes CCIS messages.

  • Query means a message that represents a request to a Database for information.

  • Synchronous Optical Network (SONET) is an optical interface standard that allows inter-networking of transmission products from multiple vendors. The base rate is 51.84 Mbps (“OC-1/STS-1”) and higher rates are direct multiples of the base rate, up to 13.22 Gbps.

  • Digital network means any online-enabled application, software, website or system offered or utilized by a transportation network company that enables the prearrangement of rides with transportation network company drivers.

  • Google means the Google Entity that is party to the Agreement.

  • Alternative modes of instruction means modes of pupil instruction, other than in-person instruction, that may include, without limitation, partnerships with other districts or intermediate districts or community colleges or institutions of higher education, use of vendors, use of online learning, telephone communications, email, virtual instruction, videos, slideshows, project-based learning, use of instructional packets, or a hybrid of multiple modes of learning that still promote recommended practices for social distancing to mitigate the spread of COVID-CD.

  • Alternative living arrangement means a structure in which households live in distinct bedrooms, yet share kitchen and plumbing facilities, central heat and common areas. Alternative living arrangements include, but are not limited to: transitional facilities for the homeless; Class A, B, C, D and E boarding homes as regulated by the State of New Jersey Department of Community Affairs; residential health care facilities as regulated by the New Jersey Department of Health; group homes for the developmentally disabled and mentally ill as licensed and/or regulated by the New Jersey Department of Human Services; and congregate living arrangements.

  • Online Service means our on-line system for managing the electronic transmission of information between us and Providers;

  • Alternative Diesel Fuel means any fuel used in a CI engine that is not commonly or commercially known, sold, or represented by the supplier as diesel fuel No. 1-D or No. 2-D, pursuant to the specifications in ASTM D975-81, “Standard Specification for Diesel Fuel Oils,” as modified in May 1982, which is incorporated herein by reference, or an alternative fuel, and does not require engine or fuel system modifications for the engine to operate, although minor modifications (e.g., recalibration of the engine fuel control) may enhance performance.   • Open Wireless Network means any network or segment of a network that is not designated by the State of New Hampshire’s Department of Information Technology or delegate as a protected network (designed, tested, and approved, by means of the State, to transmit) will be considered an open network and not adequately secure for the transmission of unencrypted PI, PFI, PHI or confidential DHHS data.

  • Distribution Network means a 'distribution network' as defined in Special Condition E2A of the Transporter's Licence held by each DN Operator;

  • Alternative program means a non-disciplinary monitoring or practice remediation process approved by a physical therapy licensing board. This includes, but is not limited to, substance abuse issues.
