Alternative Title Product. Any one of the following: (i) Lien Protection Insurance issued by Integrated Loan Services or ATM Corporation of America, (ii) a Mortgage Lien Report issued by EPN Solutions/ACRAnet, (iii) a Property Plus Report issued by Rapid Refinance Service through ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇, or (iv) such other alternative title insurance product that the Seller utilizes in connection with its then current underwriting criteria.
