Amalgamating Company definition

Amalgamating Company means Narmada Cement Company Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 1956 and having its registered office at Ahura Centre, ‘B’ Wing, 2nd Floor, 82, Mahakali Caves Road, Andheri (East), Mumbai 400 093.
