Amazon Data definition

Amazon Data means all Data (a) collected, received, stored, or maintained by Manufacturer or its Personnel, or generated or transmitted, in connection with Amazon’s, its Affiliates’, and its and their third-party service providersuse of the Products or in connection with the performance of Manufacturer’s obligations under this Agreement, (b) provided by Purchaser or its Personnel, to Manufacturer or Manufacturer’s Personnel, or (c) derived in whole or in part from (a) or (b).

Examples of Amazon Data in a sentence

  • Supplier will not collect Amazon Data by means other than those authorized in this Agreement and the applicable Purchase Order, or as otherwise agreed in writing through an amendment to this Agreement or the applicable Purchase Order.

  • Upon expiration or any termination of this Agreement, Supplier will deliver to Amazon any Amazon Data in Supplier’s possession or control in a format and media reasonably acceptable to Amazon and will destroy all Amazon Data in compliance with Exhibit C.

  • In addition, Supplier will implement and maintain appropriate security measures in order to restrict access to Amazon Data to solely Supplier personnel that are performing Services for Amazon under the applicable Purchase Order.

  • Purchaser will have the unrestricted access to, and has the right to review and retain, the entirety of Amazon Data held by Manufacturer, including all files containing Amazon Data.

  • Amazon owns and reserves all right, title, and interested in and to the Amazon Data, including any Intellectual Property Rights in the Amazon Data.

  • In addition to complying with the InfoSec Policy in accordance with Section 6, Manufacturer will implement and maintain appropriate security measures in order to restrict access to Amazon Data solely to Personnel performing services for Purchaser under this Agreement or the applicable Order.

  • Amazon Data constitutes Purchaser’s “Confidential Information” under this Agreement.

  • Within 30 days of Amazon’s request, Supplier will deliver to Amazon any Amazon Data in Supplier’s possession or control in a format and media reasonably acceptable to Amazon and (if requested by Amazon) will destroy all Amazon Data in compliance with Exhibit C.

  • Except to the extent otherwise specified in the applicable Work Order, Purchaser will be the sole and exclusive owner of all Amazon Data.

  • Except as expressly set forth in the Agreement, Supplier has no right to use or disclose any Amazon Data, and no right, title, or interest in the Amazon Data is transferred to Supplier.

Related to Amazon Data

  • Customer Data means any content, materials, data and information that Authorized Users enter into the production system of a Cloud Service or that Customer derives from its use of and stores in the Cloud Service (e.g. Customer-specific reports). Customer Data and its derivatives will not include SAP’s Confidential Information.

  • Customer Usage Data means the Telecommunications Service usage data of CLEC’s Customer, measured in minutes, sub-minute increments, message units or otherwise, that is recorded by CenturyLink AMA equipment and forwarded to CLEC.

  • Client Data means personal data of data subjects, such as your employees, associates or partners, that is provided to S&P Global Ratings during the provision by S&P Global Ratings of the Services to you, such as name, job title, name of employer, office email address, office physical address, internet protocol address, office telephone number and language selection (and excludes special categories of personal data);

  • End User Data means any information or data of any kind that personally identifies (or that can be used, together with other information or data, to personally identify) an End User.

  • System Data means data and data elements collected by the SaaS Software, SaaS Service or Licensor’s computer systems regarding configuration, environment, usage, performance, vulnerabilities and security of the SaaS Software or SaaS Service that may be used to generate logs, statistics and reports regarding performance, availability, integrity and security of the SaaS Software.

  • User Data means any Personal Data or other data or information collected by or on behalf of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries from users of any Company Product or website of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries.

  • Cardholder Data has the meaning defined by the PCI Security Standards Council, Payment Card Industry (PCI) Data Security Standard (DSS) and Payment Application Data Security Standard (PA-DSS), Glossary of Terms, Abbreviations, and Acronyms, Version 3.0, January 2014, currently available online at: xxxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx/documents/PCI_DSS_Glossary_v3.pdf. For the term of this Contract, Contractor will maintain a provisional Authority to Operate (ATO) at the Moderate Level from the Federal Risk and Authorization Management Program (FedRAMP) Joint Authorization Board (JAB) or Federal Agency for any and all Cloud Services provided under this Contract. For the term of this Contract, Contractor will maintain an ISO 27001 Certification for any and all Cloud Services provided under this Contract.

  • Customer User means an employee of Customer, a Customer Affiliate or Business Partner.

  • Licensee Data means, other than Resultant Data, information, data and other content, in any form or medium, that is collected, downloaded or otherwise received, directly or indirectly from Licensee or an Authorized User by or through the Services.

  • Usage Data means data and information about the provision, use, and performance of the Product and related offerings based on Customer’s or User’s use of the Product.

  • Vendor Data means any and all information, data and documentation to be provided by Subcontractor and any of its lower-tier Subcontractors under this Subcontract.

  • Consumption Data means customer specific electric usage data, or weather adjusted data, including but not limited to kW, kWh, voltage, var, power factor, and other information that is recorded by the electric meter for the Company and stored in its systems. Consumption Data also includes payment and service history, account number, and amount billed.

  • Computer database or “database” means a collection of recorded information in a form capable of, and for the purpose of, being stored in, processed, and operated on by a computer. The term does not include computer software.

  • Service Data has the meaning set forth in clause 5.7 of this Agreement.

  • Transaction Data means observable prices, rates, indices or values representing transactions between unaffiliated counterparties in an active market subject to competitive supply and demand forces;

  • Your Data means all electronic data or information submitted by You to the Purchased Services.

  • computer data means any representation of facts, information or concepts in a form suitable for processing in a computer system, including a program suitable to cause a computer system to perform a function;

  • input data means data provided to or directly acquired by an AI system on the basis of which the system produces an output;

  • Regulatory Information Service means a regulatory information service as defined in the FCA Handbook;

  • fingerprint data means the data relating to the four fingerprints of the index, middle finger, ring finger and little finger from the right hand where present, and otherwise from the left hand;
