Amended and Restated Partnership Agreement definition

Amended and Restated Partnership Agreement means the Third Amended and Restated Partnership Agreement of the Partnership.

Amended and Restated Partnership Agreement means that certain Amended and Restated Partnership Agreement of the Partnership to be executed and delivered at the Closing in substantially the form attached hereto as Exhibit A.
