MCIP Agreement definition

MCIP Agreement means the Agreement for the Development of a Joint County Industrial and Business Park (2010 Park) dated as of December 1, 2010, as amended, between the County and Xxxxxxxx County, South Carolina, as the same may be further amended or supplemented from time to time, or such other agreement as the County may enter with respect to the Project to offer the benefits of the Special Source Revenue Credits to the Company hereunder.

MCIP Agreement means the multi-county park agreement dated as of December 1, 2010, as amended, between the County and Greenville County, South Carolina, as the same may be further amended or supplemented from time to time, or such other agreement as the County may enter with respect to the Project to offer the benefits of the Special Source Revenue Credits to the Company hereunder.

MCIP Agreement means the agreement dated as of December 1, 2010, as amended, between the County and Anderson County, South Carolina, as the same may be further amended or supplemented from time to time, or such other agreement as the County may enter with respect to the Project to offer the benefits of the Special Source Revenue Credits to the Co-Sponsors hereunder.

• The PIRA, and the MCIP Agreement are in substantially the form now before this meeting, with such changes therein as shall not be materially adverse to the County and as shall be approved by the officials of the County executing the same, on the advice of Counsel to the County, such official’s execution thereof to constitute conclusive evidence of such official’s approval of any and all changes or revisions therein from the form of the PIRA, and the MCIP Agreement now before this meeting.

• The Chairman of the County Council, and the Clerk to County Council are each authorized, empowered, and directed to execute, acknowledge, and deliver the PIRA, and the MCIP Agreement in the name of and on behalf of the County, and to cause the executed PIRA to be delivered to the Company and the executed MCIP Agreement to be delivered to Pickens County.

MCIP Agreement means the Agreement for Development of Joint County Industrial/ Business Park (Project Avalanche) entered into or to be entered into by and between the County and Xxxxxxx County, as supplemented, modified or amended, and, as such agreement may be further supplemented, modified, or amended from time to time and is attached hereto and is incorporated herein by reference as Exhibit D. If the MCIP Agreement is not entered into as of the date of this Agreement, the MCIP Agreement attached hereto shall be the current version as of the date of this Agreement and shall be supplemented upon execution.

MCIP Agreement means the Agreement for the Development of a Joint County Industrial and Business Park (2010 Park) dated as of December 1, 2010 between Greenville County and Xxxxxxxx County, as the same may be further amended or supplemented from time to time, or such other agreement as the County may enter with respect to the Project to offer the benefits of the Special Source Revenue Credits to the Company hereunder. “Phase” or “Phases” in respect of the Project shall mean that the components of the Project are placed in service during more than one year during the Investment Period, and the word “Phase” shall therefore refer to the applicable portion of the Project placed in service in a given year during the Investment Period.

MCIP Agreement means the Park dated as of December 31, 2015, as amended, between the County and Anderson County, South Carolina, as the same may be further amended or supplemented from time to time, or such other agreement as the County may enter with respect to the Project.

MCIP Agreement means an agreement to establish a joint county industrial and business park entered into by and between the County and an adjoining partner county, now or hereafter entered into, as the same may be further amended or supplemented from time to time, or such other agreement as the County may enter with respect to the Project to offer the benefits of the Special Source Credits to the Company hereunder.

MCIP Agreement means such existing agreement, as the same has been and may be further supplemented and amended from time to time, as the County has previously entered into with another county with respect to the Project to offer the benefits of the Special Source Revenue Credits to the Company hereunder.

MCIP Agreement means the Agreement for Development of Joint County Industrial and Business Park between the County and Xxxxxxx County dated January 4, 1996, as the same may be further amended or supplemented from time to time, or such other agreement as the County may enter with respect to the Project to offer the benefits of the Special Source Revenue Credits to the Company hereunder.
