Amended Bylaws definition

Amended Bylaws means the amended and restated bylaws of the Company, in the form attached hereto as Exhibit A.
Amended Bylaws means the ninth amended and restated bylaws of Reorganized FairPoint Communications, which shall be substantially in the form contained in the Plan Supplement.

Amended Bylaws means the Bylaws of Reorganized Kitty Hawk, in effect as of the Petition Date, as amended, substantially in the form included in the Plan Supplement.
