Amended Distribution Election Form definition

Amended Distribution Election Form means the Amended Distribution Election Form required by the Committee to be signed and submitted by a Participant to effect a permitted change in the Distribution Election previously made by the Participant under any Distribution Election Form.

Amended Distribution Election Form means the written form (which may be in an electronic format in accordance with Article 14.21) required by the Committee to be submitted by a Participant to effect a permitted change in the Distribution Election previously made by the Participant under any Distribution Election Form or prior Amended Distribution Election Form.

Related to Amended Distribution Election Form

  • Distribution Election Form means the form established from time to time by the Plan Administrator that the Director completes, signs and returns to the Plan Administrator to designate the time and form of distribution.
