Amended Exhibit A shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.5 of this Agreement. “Anti-Terrorism Law” shall mean all laws, ordinances, codes, regulations and orders of governmental agencies and departments relating to terrorism or money laundering, including, without limitation (1) Executive Order 13224, 66 Fed. Reg. 49079 (published September 25, 2001), (2) the USA Patriot Act, (3) the laws, ordinances, codes, regulations and orders comprising or implementing the Bank Secrecy Act, and (4) the laws, ordinances, codes, regulations and orders administered by the United States Treasury Department’s Office of Foreign Asset Control, as any of the foregoing may from time to time be amended, renewed, extended or replaced.
