Xxxxxx Xxx Guide means the Xxxxxx Mae MBS Selling and Servicing Guide, as such Guide may hereafter from time to time be amended.

Sxxxxxxx-Xxxxx Act means the Sxxxxxxx-Xxxxx Act of 2002, as amended.
