Ancillary Content definition

Ancillary Content means, with respect to Licensed Content, “best of” compilations, deleted scenes, bloopers, B-roll footage, webisodes, mobisodes, behind-the-scenes material, alternate endings, cast interviews, Short-Form Commercial Advertising promoting Licensed Content (e.g. a commercial for a Novela) and other similar short-form Audiovisual Content, in each case, that is related to, based on, or supplementary to such Licensed Content; provided, that neither Televisa Produced Clips nor Licensee Produced Clips shall constitute Ancillary Content.
Ancillary Content means all ancillary works and subject matter created by or on behalf of the Producer for the production and promotion of the Program including transcripts, outtakes, off cuts, research and all works and subject matter created for the production of but not included in the final version of the Program.
Ancillary Content means materials listed on Exhibit Y in substantially the scope that such materials existed on the Effective Date (or in such scope as may be agreed to by the parties in writing), to the extent such materials do not appear in an ALM Publication.

  • Licensee will pay the costs and expenses for such production (in accordance with the agreed Ancillary Content Budget) upon provision by Licensor of appropriate documentation evidencing such costs.

  • Ancillary Facilities means all facilities ancillary to the Temporary Casino or the Melbourne Casino identified in the Melbourne Casino Complex Development Proposals or the Temporary Casino Complex Development Proposals (as the case may be) to be constructed on or located within the Temporary Casino Site or the Site, including an hotel, restaurant, retail, recreation, entertainment and carparking facilities, residential and office accommodation, staff facilities, staff carparking, coach storage facilities and open space areas;
