Ancillary Services means services that are associated with or incidental to the provision of telecommunications services, including, but not limited to, detailed telecommunications billing, directory assistance, vertical service and voice mail services.

• The terms and conditions of such Ancillary Services shall be subject to the terms and conditions of Bank’s standard forms of application and agreement for the applicable Ancillary Services, including without limitation, Bank’s form of standard application and letter of credit agreement (the “Application”), which Borrower hereby agrees to execute.
