Ancillary Replacement Borrowing definition

Ancillary Replacement Borrowing means a Global Revolving Facility Borrowing made by an Eligible Borrower upon the termination of an Ancillary Facility pursuant to clause (ii) of the first sentence of Section 2.22(e).

  • In the case of an Eligible Borrower, use the proceeds of an Ancillary Replacement Borrowing only for the purposes set forth in Section 2.22(e).

  • Use the proceeds of the Loans (other than Loans that are part of an Ancillary Replacement Borrowing) and request the issuance of Letters of Credit only for the purposes set forth in the preamble to this Agreement.

  • Competitive Borrowing means a Borrowing consisting of a Competitive Loan or concurrent Competitive Loans from the Lender or Lenders whose Competitive Bids for such Borrowing have been accepted by the Borrower under the bidding procedure described in Section 2.03.

  • Refunding Borrowing means a Committed Borrowing which, after application of the proceeds thereof, results in no net increase in the outstanding principal amount of Committed Loans made by any Bank.

  • Revolving Borrowing means a borrowing consisting of simultaneous Revolving Loans of the same Type and, in the case of Eurodollar Rate Loans, having the same Interest Period made by each of the Lenders pursuant to Section 2.01.

  • Canadian Borrowing means a Borrowing of Canadian Loans.

  • L/C Borrowing means an extension of credit resulting from a drawing under any Letter of Credit which has not been reimbursed on the date when made or refinanced as a Revolving Credit Borrowing.

  • Eurodollar Rate Borrowing means a Borrowing comprised of Eurodollar Rate Loans.

  • Notice of Revolving Credit Borrowing has the meaning specified in Section 2.02(a).

  • Revolving Credit Borrowing means a borrowing consisting of simultaneous Revolving Credit Loans of the same Type and, in the case of Eurodollar Rate Loans, having the same Interest Period made by each of the Revolving Credit Lenders pursuant to Section 2.01(b).

  • Competitive Bid Borrowing means a borrowing consisting of simultaneous Competitive Bid Advances from each of the Lenders whose offer to make one or more Competitive Bid Advances as part of such borrowing has been accepted under the competitive bidding procedure described in Section 2.07.

  • Borrowing Tranche means specified portions of Loans outstanding as follows: (i) any Loans to which a LIBOR Rate Option applies which become subject to the same Interest Rate Option under the same Loan Request by the Borrower and which have the same Interest Period shall constitute one Borrowing Tranche, and (ii) all Loans to which a Base Rate Option applies shall constitute one Borrowing Tranche.

  • LIBOR Borrowing means a Borrowing comprised of LIBOR Loans.

  • Initial Revolving Borrowing means one or more borrowings of Revolving Credit Loans or issuances or deemed issuances of Letters of Credit on the Closing Date as specified in the definition of the term “Permitted Initial Revolving Borrowing.”

  • Fixed Rate Borrowing means a Borrowing comprised of Fixed Rate Loans.

  • Bid Borrowing means a borrowing consisting of simultaneous Bid Loans of the same Type from each of the Lenders whose offer to make one or more Bid Loans as part of such borrowing has been accepted under the auction bidding procedures described in Section 2.03.

  • Term A Borrowing means a borrowing consisting of simultaneous Term A Advances of the same Type made by the Term A Lenders.

  • Term Borrowing means a borrowing consisting of simultaneous Term Loans of the same Type and, in the case of Eurodollar Rate Loans, having the same Interest Period made by each of the Term Lenders pursuant to Section 2.01(a).

  • Base Rate Borrowing means a Borrowing comprised of Base Rate Loans.
