Borrowing definition

Borrowing means Loans of the same Type, made, converted or continued on the same date and, in the case of Eurodollar Loans, as to which a single Interest Period is in effect.

  • Each such notice shall be in the form of a written Borrowing Request, appropriately completed and signed by a Responsible Officer of the Borrower and must be received by the Lender not later than 11:00 a.m. (New York City time) on the date that is five (5) Business Days before the date of borrowing.
