Borrowing definition

Borrowing means Loans of the same Type, made, converted or continued on the same date and, in the case of Eurodollar Loans, as to which a single Interest Period is in effect.
Borrowing means a Committed Borrowing or a Swing Line Borrowing, as the context may require.
Borrowing means a Revolving Credit Borrowing, a Swing Line Borrowing, or a Term Borrowing, as the context may require.

Examples of Borrowing in a sentence

  • Each Borrowing, each conversion of a Borrowing from one Type to the other, and each continuation of a Term SOFR Borrowing shall be made upon Borrower’s irrevocable notice to Administrative Agent, which may be given by telephone.
