Angle of draw definition

Angle of draw means the angle with the vertical, made by a straight line extending away from the edge of the mined-out area to the ground surface, spanning the horizontal distance in which subsidence may occur.
Angle of draw means the angle of inclination from the vertical of the line connecting the edge of the workings of the underground mine and the edge of the subsidence area.
Angle of draw means the angle of inclination between the vertical at the edge of the underground mine workings and the point of zero vertical displacement at the edge of a sub- sidence trough.

  • Drawdown means any principal amount borrowed or to be borrowed (by any means) under the provisions hereof.
