Anglican body definition

Anglican body means a body which has charitable purposes that include purposes for or in relation to the Anglican Church of Australia, which is not a Diocesan body, but is situated in the Diocese and the governing body of the body has resolved to adopt this policy as amended from time to time as a policy of the body.

  • Crown Body means any department, office or executive agency of the Crown;

  • NHS Body has the meaning given to it in section 275 of the National Health Service Act 2006 as amended by section 138(2)(c) of Schedule 4 to the Health and Social Care Act 2012;

  • approved body means a body standing approved of for the purposes of section 6 of the Act of 1992;

  • supervisory body means a functionary or institution referred to in Schedule 2;

  • Dead body means a lifeless human body or such parts of a human body or the bones thereof from the state of which it reasonably may be concluded that death recently occurred.
