Annual Data definition

Annual Data means the details which are required to be provided to the Transporter annually by the Connected System Operator pursuant to the provisions of the CSEP Network Exit Agreement and which have resulted from the annual review by the Connected System Operator of the AQs applicable to Supply Meter Points on the Connected Offtake System.
Annual Data means the following data in accordance with the process provided in the Regulations (801 CMR 51) and the DOR Guidance (Technical Information Release 08-18 as modified by Technical Information Release 09-10 and any other guidance issued by the Commissioner of the Department of Revenue pursuant to Section 12 of the Act (Sections 5 through 12A of Chapter 293 of the Acts of 2006 of the Commonwealth, as amended by Chapter 129 of the Acts of 2008 and Chapter 238 of the Acts of 2012 and by Chapter 287 of the Acts of 2014)):

Annual Data. The Member States with at least 3 million laying hens shall transmit to the Commission (Eurostat) the data set out in Table 1 or Table 2 by 30 June following the end of the reference year.

Related to Annual Data

  • Historical data means any data collected by an ALPR system and stored on the statewide ALPR server operated by the Vermont Justice Information Sharing System of the Department of Public Safety. Any data collected by an ALPR system in accordance with this section shall be considered collected for a legitimate law enforcement purpose.

  • Annual Information means the information specified in Section 3 hereof. “EMMA” shall mean the Electronic Municipal Market Access System

  • Annual Information Form means a document filed by the funds with Canadian securities regulators which provides supplementary information about the funds.

  • Technical data means recorded information, regardless of the form or method of the recording, of a scientific or technical nature (including computer software documentation). The term does not include computer software or data incidental to contract administration, such as financial and/or management information.

  • Financial Data means any financial and market data, price quotes, news, analyst opinions, research reports, signals, graphs or any other data or information whatsoever available through the Trading Platform.

  • Annual Financial Information means annual financial information as such term is used in paragraph (b)(5)(i) of the Rule and specified in Section 3(a) of this Disclosure Agreement.

  • Personnel data means government data on individuals maintained because the individual is or was an employee or applicant for employment. For purposes of this policy, “employee” includes a volunteer or an independent contractor.

  • Clinical Data means the information concerning the safety or performance that is generated from the use of a device and that are sourced from the following:

  • Confidential Data used in connection with their businesses. “Personal Data” means (i) a natural person’s name, street address, telephone number, e-mail address, photograph, social security number or tax identification number, driver’s license number, passport number, credit card number, bank information, or customer or account number; (ii) any information which would qualify as “personally identifying information” under the Federal Trade Commission Act, as amended; (iii) “personal data” as defined by GDPR; (iv) any information which would qualify as “protected health information” under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996, as amended by the Health Information Technology for Economic and Clinical Health Act (collectively, “HIPAA”); (v) any “personal information” as defined by the California Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA”); and (vi) any other piece of information that allows the identification of such natural person, or his or her family, or permits the collection or analysis of any data related to an identified person’s health or sexual orientation. There have been no breaches, violations, outages or unauthorized uses of or accesses to same, except for those that have been remedied without material cost or liability or the duty to notify any other person, nor any incidents under internal review or investigations relating to the same. The Company and its subsidiaries are presently in material compliance with all applicable laws or statutes and all judgments, orders, rules and regulations of any court or arbitrator or governmental or regulatory authority, internal policies and contractual obligations relating to the privacy and security of IT Systems, Confidential Data, and Personal Data and to the protection of such IT Systems, Confidential Data, and Personal Data from unauthorized use, access, misappropriation or modification.

  • Educational data means data maintained by the school district which relates to a student.

  • Performance Data means a rating, ranking, quotation, discussion or analysis regarding an aspect of the investment performance of an investment fund, an asset allocation service, a security, an index or a benchmark;

  • Summary data means statistical records and reports derived from data on individuals but in which individuals are not identified and from which neither their identities nor any other characteristic that could uniquely identify the individual is ascertainable.

  • Virtual Data Room means the virtual data room established by the Company, access to which was given to SPAC in connection with its due diligence investigation of the Company relating to the Transactions.

  • Contractor's Confidential Information means any information, however it is conveyed, that relates to the business affairs, developments, trade secrets, know-how, Contractor’s Personnel and suppliers of the Contractor, including IPRs, together with all information derived from the above, and any other information clearly designated as being confidential (whether or not it is marked as "confidential") or which ought reasonably to be considered to be confidential, including the Commercially Sensitive Information.
