Annual Financial Return definition

Annual Financial Return means the financial reporting requirements as set out in Schedule 5 of the Service Agreement (Part C) – Specifications;
Annual Financial Return means a return prepared by an underwriting agent in accordance with paragraph 51 of the Underwriting Byelaw (No. 2 of 2003);
Annual Financial Return means the annual statement and related documents that must be submitted to the FSC pursuant to Section 26 of the Act;

Examples of Annual Financial Return in a sentence

  • The Annual Financial Return shall be submitted to the MFSA within one month of the Accounting Reference Date.

More Definitions of Annual Financial Return

Annual Financial Return means the Annual Financial Return that must be submitted by a scheme member under the PPRS;

Related to Annual Financial Return

  • Annual Financial Statements has the meaning set forth in Section 3.06.
