Annual Gross Production of Crude Oil definition

Annual Gross Production of Crude Oil means the total amount of Crude Oil produced from the Oil Field within the Contract Area considered separately in each Calendar Year, less the amount of Crude Oil used for Petroleum Operations and the amount of losses, which is saved and measured by a measuring device at the Delivery Point as specified in Article 14.2.1 hereof.

  • Eligible production company means that term as defined under section 455 of the Michigan business tax act, 2007 PA 36, MCL 208.1455.

  • Hemp product means the same as that term is defined in § 3.2-4112.

  • Finished Products means any one or more of the following petroleum oils, or a mixture or combination of these oils, to be used without further processing except blending by mechanical means:

  • Bulk gasoline plant means a gasoline storage and distribution facility with an average daily throughput of 20,000 gallons (76,000 liters) of gasoline or less on a 30-day rolling average.

  • Licensed service area means the geographic area in which the home service provider is authorized by law or contract to provide commercial mobile radio service to the customer.

Unless a product is considered a milk product under this subdivision, milk product does not include dietary products, infant formula, ice cream or other desserts, cheese, or butter. Milk products include the following:

  • Video lottery terminal sales agent means a lottery sales agent licensed under Chapter 3770. of the ORC to conduct video lottery terminals on behalf of the state pursuant to Section 3770.21 of the ORC.

  • Supply Point means the point of connection between the licensed network and your apparatus or equipment.

  • Marijuana producer means a person who produces marijuana in this state.

  • Finished Product means a cannabis product in its final form to be sold at a retail premises.

  • Dyed diesel fuel means diesel fuel that meets the dyeing and marking requirements of 26 U.S.C.
