Annual Member Dues definition

Annual Member Dues means the annual dues payable by Members in certain categories to the Club which are set by Members and adjusted in accordance with Bylaw 7 and otherwise administered in accordance with Club Policies;

Examples of Annual Member Dues in a sentence

  • The Annual Member Dues for Residential and Commercial Consumer Members shall be $100 for Corporate Membership and $50 for Associate Membership.

  • Office of Public Utility Counsel (“OPUC”) and the appointed Residential Consumer TAC Representative(s) shall be eligible to be Corporate Members without the payment of Annual Member Dues.

With respect to an incapacitated individual owning an ownership interest in a wholesaler, the term means the person appointed by a court as the conservator of such individual's property. The term also includes the appointed and qualified personal representative and the testamentary trustee of a deceased individual owning an ownership interest in a wholesaler.

  • Tribal Member means an enrolled member of the Tribe.
