Depending on the Equity Basket Level, the Fund has six Early Maturity Dates, each associated with an Annual Observation Date, and a Final Maturity Date associated with a Final Observation Date.
Early Maturity Event An Early Maturity Event happens if the Equity Basket Level on any Annual Observation Date is equal or higher than the Initial Level.
The Subfund will receive no guarantee for the Formula during this interim period (except on the second Business day after the respective Annual Observation Date), when it will be managed on the money market, with all the risks that entails.
During the interim period between the Annual Observation Date and the Early Maturity Date, the Subfund can invest in cash or in the money markets instruments, e.g. through UCIs with the Short-term Money Market or Money Market classifications.
