Annual Reports means the Company's Annual Report on Form 10-K for the year ended January 28, 1995 as filed with the SEC and the Company's Annual Report on Form 10-K for the year ended January 27, 1996 (as amended by the Company's Form 10-K/A dated May 14, 1996), as filed with the SEC and delivered to the Purchasers (including, in each case, all exhibits and schedules thereto and documents incorporated by reference therein). "Benefit Plans" has the meaning set forth in Section 4.21.

Annual Reports. Once the Implementing Trustee(s) fulfills its obligations to submit quarterly reports for the Early Restoration Project, the implementing Trustee(s) shall provide annual status reports on the Early Restoration Project to BPXP describing the status of and any changes to the Early Restoration Project and/or project expenditures during each period.
