Annual Report definition

Annual Report means any Annual Report provided by the Issuer pursuant to, and as described in, Sections 3 and 4 of this Disclosure Certificate.

Annual Report means any annual report provided by the City pursuant to, and as described in, the Continuing Disclosure Agreement.

Annual Report has the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 2.2 hereof.

• Sections VII, X, and XI shall expire no later than 120 days after OIG’s receipt of: (1) Xxxxxxxxxx-Xxxxxxx Xxxxxx’x final Annual Report or (2) any additional Xxxxxxxxxx–Zwanger Xxxxxx – Corporate Integrity Agreement materials submitted by Xxxxxxxxxx-Xxxxxxx Xxxxxx pursuant to OIG’s request, whichever is later.

Annual Report means an annual report prepared by a council under sections 131, 132 and 133 of the Act
