Annual Report definition

Annual Report means any Annual Report provided by the Issuer pursuant to, and as described in, Sections 3 and 4 of this Disclosure Certificate.
Annual Report means any annual report provided by the City pursuant to, and as described in, the Continuing Disclosure Agreement.
Annual Report has the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 2.2 hereof.
