Annual Support Amount has the meaning given in section 10 of Schedule 4. Approved Reinstatement Plan has the meaning given in clause 23.2. Associate, in respect of a party, means that party's officers, employees, servants, agents, advisers, consultants, contractors and direct or indirect subcontractors. Audit means an audit and inspection conducted in accordance with clause 37.4.
Annual Support Amount has the meaning given in section 10.
Annual Support Amount has the meaning assigned to such term in the Support Agreement.

Availability Rebate The Availability Rebate for each Support Year during the Support Period is calculated as follows: ESY = PSY x CSY Where: ESY = Availability Rebate for the relevant Support Year; PSY = the Availability Rebate Percentage for the relevant Support Year; and CSY = the Annual Support Amount for the relevant Support Year.
