Annualized Fees definition

Annualized Fees means the equivalent of what ▇▇▇▇▇ would receive under this Agreement for the ▇▇▇▇▇ Resource on a full-time annual basis plus the maximum amount of any bonus for which ▇▇▇▇▇ was eligible with respect to the then-current bonus year for the ▇▇▇▇▇ Resource.
Annualized Fees means the annualized base compensation if hired as an employee.
Annualized Fees means: (i) the Resource’s annualized base salary and any other guaranteed cash compensation; or (ii) the Resource’s hourly fees times 400 hours, if hired as an independent contractor.

Examples of Annualized Fees in a sentence

  • Upon hiring the Resource, Everest shall be entitled to a fee equal to 30% of annual base pay of the Resource’s first year Annualized Fees, plus any remaining out-of-pocket expenses (collectively, the “Fee”).
